Church History
Bronx Christian Fellowship (BCF) Church, also known as Believer's Christian Fellowship was incorporated on January 17, 1996. On Tuesday, February 6, 1996, we began worship as a community church at the Bronx Museum of the Arts. In June 1996, after a pastorate of 13 years at the Mariners' Temple Baptist Church in lower Manhatttan, Rev. Dr. Suzan Johnson Cook became our first full time leader.
We moved into our new home at 1015 East Gun Hill Road (formerly the Gun Hill Lumber Yard) on October 14, 2007. Also, in October 2007, we were one of three New York City churches chosen to be featured on TV ONE cable channel which aired in 2008. In August 2009, we were the recipient of the Best Church in the Bronx award.
Rev. Dr. Suzan Johnson Cook retired from the pastorate on December 26, 2009.
Bronx Christian Fellowship is pleased to announce
Revs. Tim and Que English as their Senior Pastors.
